Andy

I have a problem/question, and you guys are partly responsible, so I figured I'd ask you.

You were talking about Outlook 2007 in such glowing terms that I finally decided to bite the bullet and try the Betas of Outlook & OneNote.

After installing the two Betas, along with the refresh, I found out that there is a known issue where the Office 2007 TR breaks Goldmine, a contact manager. Naturally, I found this out the hard way!

What I'm trying to find out is if Microsoft is aware of the issue, and if not, how could I report it? I found a short discussion of the Goldmine issue on the web, but it was not in a Microsoft newsgroup or anything like that.

Too bad. What little I saw of Outlook, I liked.

BTW, the show sounded great!

Andy, thanks for that update. I'll make sure that Microsoft is aware of it but it sounds to me like they likely already are.
