Nokia N95 makes a nice GPS receiver for Nokia N800

Nokian800gpsAside from having too many phones, good friend Matt Miller has too much time on his hands as well. How else can you explain his latest effort: using a Nokia N95-3 as both a 3G modem and a GPS receiver with a Nokia N800? To get this setup working, he needed to connect via Bluetooth to the GPS first and then to the modem feature plus it required a beta application on the N800 called Symarctic ExtGPS.

So long external GPS receiver, says Matt! He's got a nice YouTube video demo of the setup working as well. I personally think Matt is trying to get all of his gadgets working without wires of any kind. Good luck with that, buddy!
