EverNote 2.2 arrives with discount pricing
EverNote, the popular software application that never seems to run of paper, has an update just waiting to be downloaded to your PC. There's a host of new features including a camera-phone import action that reminds me of the same useful feature in OneNote Mobile:
- Improved search for printed and handwritten text within images
- Auto-import snapshots from your camera phone
- Google Desktop Search® compatibility
- Universal Clipper with image markup
- Open, arrange, and edit notes in separate windows
- Basic image editing right inside EverNote
One of the best features of EverNote is that the basic edition is totally free. With the new version however, you can upgrade from the free version to the full EverNote 2.2 for 60% off by the end of this month. At $19.95, this is a steal; almost as much as the free version is!

EverNote is really nice, but I've been waiting forever (http://forum.evernote.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7 ) for them to come out a mobile/PDA version. If I'm gonna rely on something to store my notes, I want to have access to it at all times.
Guess that leaves me back with OneNote Mobile... unless anyone knows of a better solution?
