Freeware of the Moment- Vista Battery Saver

Two common culprits always mentioned in discussions of the Vista battery consumption issue are the spiffy Aero Glass theme and the Windows Sidebar.  Even Microsoft has admitted that Aero Glass consumes more battery even though they've never mentioned anything about the Sidebar.

Our Freeware of the Moment is a new utility that is designed to automatically switch off Aero Glass and the Sidebar when your mobile PC switches to battery power.  Vista Battery Saver is user configurable and provides total control over when the switch is made and exactly how it is done.  Vista Battery Saver requires Vista Home Premium and above.
