True LaunchBar: free today
I recently mentioned True LaunchBar as a solid UMPC launcher and one of our readers, Jesse, left a comment indicating that the software is free today only. Does this work on Vista?

Scoobie, you may need to install a registry patch to get it to work on Vista. Some report they need it, others say it worked fine for them without it. The patch is here.

Another great "tip of the day" site is http://www.onetipaday.com/. Today they have links to 3000 wallpapers. A recent entry has links to online television.
