I read most of my feeds between 10am and 11am

Google_reader_trendsHow do I know? Google Reader just added a great new "Trends" feature that provides a wealth of information on your feed-reading addiction, er...habit. Josh Bancroft pointed this out and since I just switched to Google Reader last week, I hit up the Trends link.

Maybe the time you read the most feeds isn't that important to you, but there are other key metrics including which of your feeds are updated the most, which you read or link to the most and plenty more. Each feed in the results listing has an unsubscribe link, so if you find a trend that causes you to consider dropping a feed, it's easy to do. In fact, the metrics on which feeds aren't updating often come in handy to prune your list, so take a look.
