Clearing up the Vista Tablet PC confusion

Ever since Microsoft announced that VIsta would include the Tablet Edition bits and pieces there has been a lot of misinformation floating about.  I have heard that all versions of Vista would install the Tablet PC portion and that only the Ultimate version would install them.  Lora Heiny of What is New has cleared up the confusion in her typical concise way.  She states in her article that "Tablet PC features are in all Windows Vista SKUs, except for Home Basic and Starter Editions."  So there you have it.
