Freeware of the Moment- MiniScroller
I first ran across MiniScroller way back when on the Tablet PC Buzz forums (when they were working) but forgot about it long ago. It's now being hosted by GottaBeMobile who have even done an InkShow about it. MiniScroller is a simple control that can be dragged anywhere on your Tablet PC screen where it is translucent until you move the cursor over it. It provides 4-way scrolling, page up and down, home and end keys, and sticky Shift, Alt, and CTRL keys that can be tapped with a pen or stylus. I am using it heavily on Flash (Samsung Q1) and it works beautifully. I love simple utilities that do one thing and do it perfectly and that's why MiniScroller is our Freeware of the Moment. I'd love to hear from the author of this program so if that's you, let us know in the comments. We'd love to heap lots of praise on you. :)
BIG shout out to T. Lewis of "Over the Hedge" fame (and native Houstonian) for resurrecting this fine utility.

Really nice tool but the central bouton could move on left and right as others trajectories like a trackball (for a wide pdf or excel file for examples). I own a Samsung Q1 and this tool is a little big. So i need to move it often from place to place on the screen. To improve it, the menu could be optionnal. With the wait and see right menu activated on the Q1 (for stylus) this menu pop-up often.
MOUSE BUTTONS, PLEASE...
And mouse buttons would be nice. I'm a big fan of Strokit, the freeware for mouse gestures called by right clic. By this way, the Samsung virtual mouse on screen (another floating small xindox) could be disabled....
Are you agree with me ?

I managed to track down Micah (who wrote the application) and sent a link to this page, the forums, and jkontherun. He said he had no idea that the program was popoular.
