Convergence wars continue: Sony's Vaio Mouse Talk
Although this device came out a few months ago, it just fits in with the convergence factor we’ve seen earlier this week with mouse controlling phones, and LEGO controlled mice. Sony’s Vaio Mouse Talk works all day long as an 800 DPI optical mouse and moonlights during your chat-breaks as a VoIP phone for Skype.
When your best bud Skypes you, the LED light flashes and the mouse plays a ringtone. Flip open your “mouse” and you’ve got a phone in your hand. I still prefer a USB headset for my VoIP, but multi-purpose is compelling. $80 at SonyStyle.

So what happens if you need to use the mouse while you're on a call? do you rub the mouse around on the side of your head?

Kevin, convergence is one thing, but humans multi-tasking? That sounds like a concept best kept to the PC. ;)
Actually, I can picture this now on a Skype call...the caller says, Go check out this website and you have to respond..Hold on while I put the phone down and check it....
