Better use of WinMobile voice notes: VoiceMinder

Windows Mobile has had voice recording capabilities longer than I've used the platform. Yet I rarely used the feature back then and I don't use it at all today. Why? It works just fine to record audio memos, right? The folks at WebIS agree that the recording works just fine, it's really a question of "then what?" You might recognize WebIS as the folks that bring other great mobile apps to life, such as Pocket Informant, Flex Wallet and Flex Mail (more on this one later, we promise!).

The answer to the "then what?" question turns out to be fairly simple and intuitive: with VoiceMinder from WebIS, the audio note is sent via e-mail to the address of your choosing! It doesn't get any easier than that, especially if you live in Outlook. Hey, if you're addicted to Gmail, you can set up some rules and labels for your voice memos. See where I'm going?
