Slingbox price drop at BestBuy: $149.99
After such a positive Slingbox experience on the UMPC, I headed over to Circuit City on Thursday and picked up a Slingbox for $199.99. This morning, I see by my Sunday advertisements in the newspaper today that BestBuy will be offering the Slingbox for a reduced price of $149.99, starting tomorrow. I don't know if this deal will be available on-line, but it definitely will be for the retail stores. I'm off to Circuit City today to get a 110% refund of the price difference (what a great policy!), but you can save yourself $50 on a Slingbox starting tomorrow. Did I mention that I'm addicted to watching the Tour de France via the Slingbox on OLN right now?

I just checked, and BestBuy.com does have the sale. You have to add the slingbox to your cart before you see the discount now.
I definitely want one. The question is whether it is worth getting one before I move. I'm trying to get rid of all my crap now. Any word on how long the sale will last?
