Samsung Q1 hits the Autobahn!

OK, the reports of the Autobahn are unconfirmed, but we do know that one of our jkOTR readers from Germany just mounted his Q1 to his car! How do we know this? Christoph sent us pics from the World Cup mecca, that's how! Looks like Samsung offers a car mount that I haven't seen here in the States. Is not that too close to the windshield?
It seems to me that here in Florida the sun wont allow me to see anything if I put either the Q1 or the eo in that place.

im exploring other options... i dont plan to mount it on everyday, only on road trips.

i already have an usb gps used for years with delorme streets and ms streets for us & canadian roads. i plan to port it to my q1.

my dash has a windsheid cup-suck mount memo pad thingy that may be somehow tied to my q1 and hold it.
