Fingertip mouse- perfect companion for those little PCs?

You have a tiny computer like an OQO, Sony UX, or even a UMPC, and you want a mouse to use with it that is just as tiny and svelte, right?  Enter the fingertip mouse that slides on your finger and moves the pointer via infrared.  I’m pretty sure it would take some getting used to but who knows, it might work.  It even has a scroll wheel to use with your thumb while wearing the mouse.  Besides, you paid big bucks for the ultra-portable so you might as well treat yourself to some tech bling.
