CalliGrapher 8.3 released for Windows Mobile

Lest you think ink is a Tablet PC luxury only, don't forget that Pocket PCs have had some inking capabilities for years. Sure, they're not as sophisticated as ink methods on tablets today, but for several years prior to the Tablet PC Edition of Windows XP, folks have been inking input on their handheld devices.

Phatware just updated their foray into the handwriting recognition apps for handhelds; their wildly popular CalliGrapher application was just updated to version 8.3. New in this addition is support for Windows Mobile 5, a new Dial command for Phone Edition handhelds, the hiding of the writing space and Pen Commands which appear to function as recordable or macro ink gestures.
