Asus R1F Tablet PC with Core Duo chip

Asus_r1fI'm always happy to see more choices in the Tablet PC market; Asus adds yet another with their 13.3-inch widescreen model dubbed the R1F. Core Duo News indicates that the R1F just passed through the FCC, but specs are still murky. From the FCC pics, you can see that this convertible tablet has a similar screen swivel to the Toshiba Portege tablet line, which I think is a solid design. The screen looks glossy (like a MacBook?), which could provide interesting; you don't see many glossy Tablet screens these days. Head over to see what specs have been uncovered so far; TabletPCReviewSpot has additional info as well; from earlier this year.

Oh man, FINALLY. I can't wait for this thing, I hope it's awsome. It's gotta have dedicated video PLEASE. If it does, I'll order it the day it comes out.

I have to agree. If this thing has intergrated video, it's going to be pretty good. If it has good dedicated video, I'll sell the cat's the chinchillas, my c110...and the wife...to get it.

But don't tell her...
