Snipping Tool 2.0 gets international language support in November

One of the most useful utilities on a Tablet PC is the Snipping Tool, provided as part of the Experience Pack from Microsoft. The Snipping Tool is that cool app that lets you draw a circle around anything on the screen and insert it into any other document. Unfortunately, there have been a lot of unhappy international Tablet PC owners as the Experience Pack is only available on English language Tablet PCs. Microsoft has announced that the Snipping Tool will be available in November in the following languages: French and German first, followed shortly by Japanese, Korean, Italian, Spanish and Chinese. It is great to see these folks getting the Snipping Tool, easily the most useful program in the Experience Pack.
