Freeware of the Moment - Mounting virtual CDs with free PowerToy
Microsoft has a free PowerToy that does not show up anywhere on the Microsoft Download Center yet provides a simple way to mount ISO images. The Virtual CD-ROM Control Panel for Windows XP will mount a number of CD image formats, including the popular ISO, as a virtual CD drive making it possible to use data on CDs even on any computer that does not have an optical drive. The utility is unsupported but I have been using it with no problems.

I use Daemon Tools, which lets you circumvent certain DRM restrictions on CDs. Handy when your computer doesn't have a built-in optical drive.

I second that about Daemon Tools. It's free, it's very easy to set up, and it's been around alot longer so I trust it more. Plus it has a cooler name.
