But if you go to motioncomputing.com you can d/l them there...

This model looks absolutely incredible! I was just getting ready to buy an M1400 June 1st (finance job IRL, part-time MBA student) but I'm going to have to find a way to get this one! (Wonder how much I can sell my first-born for? I've got an extra one two years younger...)
Hardtop keyboard seems to be much much improved and no longer uses a cable, pen now has an eraser and recessed button, extended battery option is available so it can match the Electrovaya Scribbler's battery life, .25 lbs thinner and .25 in lighter than the M1400, USB DVD/CDRW has an optional cable ($40, see accessories page) to power the drive through the tablet, SD memory slot I don't remember the M1400 having, and the fingerprint scanner's in a better location. Holy smokes this thing is smokin'! Motion really listened to their users. The LE1600 is going to out-class and out-sell everything out there - I just wonder if Motion and the resellers will be able to keep them in stock the first couple of months...!

Sheri, which one do you mean - my 3 year old or the LE1600? ;)
Posted by: Brian Basden | May 17, 2005 at 03:21 PM
Brian-the LE1600 of course! The problem with 3 year olds is, THEY GROW UP, TURN 16, AND LEARN ABOUT THE OPPOSITE SEX! JK has this great Tablet PC, meanwhile, I'm chugging along on one of his old laptops from 2001! JK-how many shopping days left until my birthday? Just checking. :-}
